URKL calls every competition robot a T800. EngineAI's product page lists four editions under the same name, with different sensors, compute modules and degrees of freedom. The league has yet to publish a complete bill of materials for the units used in competition.

The published body

Every listed T800 edition is 173 centimetres tall. EngineAI gives a weight range of 75 to 85 kilograms depending on edition and a hardware-supported movement speed of at least 3 metres per second. Basic and Open Source models list 25 degrees of freedom. The Pro lists 43 when its dexterous hands are included, and the Max lists 46.

Sensor and compute configurations change across the range. Listed options run from an Intel depth camera to stereoscopic vision and LiDAR, and from an Intel or RK3588 robot computer to NVIDIA Orin modules. All editions include a handheld remote control plus wired and wireless communication options.

Retail price leaves out competition cost

EngineAI lists the Basic edition at US$40,500 and the Max at US$80,800, with Open Source and Pro models between them. A team budget would also include armor, spare parts, batteries, transport, engineering time, test space and repairs.

The manufacturer claims four to five hours of battery life per charge. That figure should not be read as combat endurance: load, movement, impacts, compute demand and safety margins can produce a very different operating window.

What URKL adds

The qualifier package supplies a robot model, MuJoCo files, deployment code and motion data. Teams are assessed on recovery, locomotion and combat movements before physical deployment. EngineAI also offers an external armor system described as modular and quick to remove, intended to protect the robot during combat and performance use.

What the fighter file still needs

A complete competition profile would identify the exact edition or standardized parts, installed compute, active sensors, battery limits, armor mass, allowed software changes and replacement policy. It would also separate operator commands from onboard stabilization and learned policies. For now, T800 identifies URKL's common platform. It does not identify one fully documented competition specification.
